I take payments via Paypal, Ko-Fi, or Codashop. Refunds are no longer possible once I start working on your commission, except if I offer you a refund for reason of being unable to continue your commission.

After I read your commission request, I reserve the right to either accept or deny based on its content. I will only ask for payment if I accept.

Upfront full payment is preferred, but I also accept 50/50 payment before I begin and after finishing the commission. I will give you a price quote after I accept your commission request.

I am a full-time student, so my turnaround time varies based on my current workload. It may take anywhere from 1 week to 2 months for me to complete your commission, and I will give you a time-frame estimate together with your quote.

I don't take urgent commissions (less than 3 days turnaround time), but if you do give me a deadline, I will try my best to accomodate it.

I will draw in my own style by default, as it is what I'm most comfortable with. If you want a different style, I will do my best to replicate it but quality cannot be guaranteed.

Except for emotes/stickers which are allowed for commercial use, commissioned illustration pieces are for personal-use only! (use for profile pics, banners, printing for self, etc. is OK!) Posting on social media is allowed with credit.

References need to be provided for any Original Characters (OCs). To create a design based on description, I will charge extra depending on the design.

I will send updates to you at the sketch phase, line-art phase, and 1-2 rendering WIPs (if applicable) and take your feedback before proceeding.

Major changes (pose, outfit, character, etc.) must be brought up before the rendering stage begins. Major lighting & color changes must be brought up at the first rendering WIP sent. If you request any major changes near or after completion, additional fees may be incurred. Thank you for your understanding!

Upon completion, I will digitally deliver to you: non-watermarked PNG(s) of your commissioned piece(s) at their original size, watermarked PNG(s) of your commissioned piece(s), and the original Clip Studio Paint file (if requested).
